A return request can only be submitted within 48 hours after product receipt. Requests for returns must be received within fifteen days of delivery. To return a product, navigate to My Account > Orders> Return and see the order information. Once the request has been processed, the return order will be collected from the address you gave during the return request placement.
When our courier partner attempts delivery, and you cannot accept it, the courier service will contact you. After that, a second delivery attempt will be tried, and your package will be returned to our fulfillment center. A refund will be generated as account credits in the event of a prepaid order.
